In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give me a minimum of a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). In the event of a cancellation under 4 hours to the scheduled appointment time a cancellation fee of 100% of the schedule services may be charged.
